Huatu Education Group enjoys the prestige as China’s largest educational chain organization, setting its foothold in the field of vocational education and training. Currently, Huatu Education Group registers several well-known brands such as Huatu Education, Cendes Architecture, Huatu Online, Huatu Investment, Huatu Zhuokun Medical, Huatu Zhongshi Teaching, Huatu Golden-Collars and other brands, with an annual sales volume of over RMB 3 billion, and charitable donations of RMB 87 million. It has 12,000 employees, establishes over 900 education centers, covering 90 percent of China’s prefectural cities and offering educational or vocational training toward more than 3 million trainees.

Huatu Education Group has six major business platforms, including face-to-face training, publication, public management, online education, investment management and business school. Management Team

Dinghong Yi

Founder of Huatu Education Group, born in 1969, Ph.D., studied at Central South University, Sichuan University, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and Tsinghua University. He was CEO of Huatu Education Group from 2001 to 2014, Chairman of Huatu Education Group since 2001. He had the experience addressing lectures at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, and now serves as an MBA tutor at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, an adjunct professor at Central South University, and a visiting professor and MBA tutor at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. Over the years, he has been exerting efforts on the education and cultural industry with the objection of promoting social progress through education. He was nominated as the annual education influencer and industry leader for many times. At the present, he is the Actual Controlling Shareholder of Beijing Huatu Hongyang Education and Culture Co., Ltd. and Cendes Design Co., Ltd..
Shiyou Zhang

CEO of Huatu Education Group, born in 1978, received a master’s degree at Peking University, bachelor’s degree at China University of Political Science and Law. He was successively appointed as Head of Guangdong Branch of Huatu Education, President of Huatu Education Group, General Manager of Huatu Online and CEO of Huatu Education Group.
Manqing Li

President of Huatu Education Group, born in 1984, received a master’s degree at Chinese Academy of Social Science, bachelor’s degree at China University of Geosciences. He was successively appointed as full-time teacher of the interview division, Director of the quality control department of the Guangdong branch of Huatu Education, Marketing Manager of the Beijing branch of Huatu Education, Head of Guangzhou Branch of Huatu Education, Deputy General Manager of Huatu Education Group and President of Huatu Education Group.

Milestone

In 2019

Huatu Education Group took over Cendes Design Co., Ltd., the earliest private enterprise with international background and international project management capabilities in China as well as China’s first A-share listed private architectural design company with a market value of more than 6 billion yuan.
In 2017

Huatu Education Group explored “education + AI” technology-based teaching methods, promoted the construction of smart classrooms, satisfying the strong demand for excellent teachers from students across the country.
In 2015

“Huatu” trademark was recognized as the “China Famous Trademark” by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, becoming the first vocational education training enterprise to obtain a well-known trademark.
In 2014

Beijing Huatu Hongyang Education and Culture Co., Ltd. was listed on the market and became the first large-scale education training enterprise to land in the domestic capital market with a market value of 15 billion yuan.
In 2012

Huatu Education Group marched into the industry of investment, mergers and acquisitions in the field of culture and education with the establishment of Education Industry Fund, realizing a two-wheel drive of “industry + investment”.
In 2011

Public welfare undertaking was incorporated into the Huatu Education Group’s overall strategy, and a national university entrepreneurship fund was created in cooperation with the China’s Ministry of Education for the construction of university student entrepreneurship platforms.
In 2010

Huatu Education Group began to set up more than 40 branches in key areas of China, and completed the layout of ground channels in various provinces across the country.
In 2009

Huatu Education Group entered into the capital market with the investment of Venture Capital.
In 2007

the Huatu Online was established as China’s first public education online training institution.
In 2003

Huatu Education entered into the education training industry, and the company developed its two major businesses: book publishing as well as education training.

Huatu Education issued the first and only judicial examination textbook in China, which caused a sensation in the industry.
